Rather than slowing down towards the end of the year, the team at CNG is busy inducting yet another new team member thanks to increasing demand for the company’s commercial gas provision services.

Credit Controller Ben Seddon is the latest recruit to be drafted in to help boost service provision as requests for commercial gas provision continue to rise. The team now stands at more than 40 strong, with ten of those on board recruited in the last year.

Ben will join the existing credit control team where he will assist in the setting up and management of new accounts. His previous roles include a range of telesales management positions including previous experience in the utilities sector. Ben joins at a time when the business is focusing on winning local business and reaching its Customer First accreditation for commitment to outstanding customer service, so there is plenty going on with customers old and new to fill his time.

When asked about his new role Ben commented: “CNG represents the exact kind of environment I was intending to work in.  There is a powerful combination at work in CNG of first rate customer service coupled with a relaxed and enjoyable working environment.”

CNG MD Jacqui Hall commented; “To be welcoming yet another new appointee after what has been for a hard year for many is great. I am extremely pleased to report that we are still on an expansion trail and stronger than ever. “Ben’s role is integral to our new and existing customer account management and we look forward to building on his team with even more appointments into the New Year.”
