Change the Race Ratio

Having a diverse workplace that represents our business community, region and country is vital. Sometimes that means having challenging conversations, really analysing what we could be doing better and exploring how to make that a reality. This is why we’ve signed up to ‘Change the Race Ratio’ with the CBI, in order to help increase racial and ethnic participation in British businesses.

Armed Forces Covenant

CNG have signed The Armed Forces Covenant as a commitment to protect and support members of the Armed Forces community, ensuring that they have the same access to government and commercial services and opportunities as other citizens. The covenant involves policies and projects to support employees who are members of the Armed Forces community, offering additional paid leave for reservists, working with the Career Transition Partnership to find greater positions for service leavers or employing and supporting service spouses and partners.
