Celebrating our customer service heroes - National Customer Service Week Day Three

We’re always keen to celebrate Team CNG, because without them, we’d be nothing, so when we hear our customers and partners saying how great their service was and how much they appreciate the ‘CNG way’, then it’s worth shouting about!

Here are some recent lovely words from customers about our amazing teams:

“The service I have received from CNG and yourself has been amazing!!This is the only time I have had to contact you guys in the 3 years we have been with you and it has been a dream. You are hands down the best out there and I am so happy that i get to stay with you guys for further 3 years. Hannah you have been a delight and thank you for talking to me on Friday and then mentioning that I can be put through to you again when i call back today. Honestly you guys are Fab! Thank you for great service.”

“Thank you for taking in hand the removal of the gas meter from dad’s shop. Your engineer arrived 2.30 this afternoon and carried out the removal in a very professional way and informed me on what he had done before leaving. I cannot thank you enough, your thoughtfulness and kindness since I first spoke to you has been very much appreciated. Take care.”

“Thank you for supplying me gas over the past years. You have been the best supplier of energy to my business and if you ever go into the domestic market, please let me know.”

How else do we celebrate our teams? Well, there’s office treats, nights out and team building with our community relations activities which take us out of the business to help great causes; we love to celebrate our people and in as many ways as possible. This last year, we’ve also been thrilled to shout about the success of our teams in both the Energy Live News Personality Awards (where we won Customer Service Team of the Year) and we’re currently keeping everything crossed for the Utility Week Awards where we’ve put our incredible teams forward for the Customer Care Award.

Not only that, but we’re the proud holders of the Putting the Customer First and Investor in Customer standards, which we are regularly assessed against, to ensure we’re always improving with customers in mind!
