If you’ve somehow missed our values, they are: Open, Fun, Fair, Care, Honest and WOW. We channel these in every interaction we have, whether that’s with each other at CNG HQ, or with our customers, brokers and suppliers.
Having values clearly defined like this means everyone is accountable and that starts at the top! Our Senior Leadership Team set the tone for our business and that too means setting an example for how we must treat each other and customers.
We’re lucky at CNG Towers that we have a very supportive and hands on board. Our amazing MD Jacqui said:
