CNG wins Customer Service Team of the Year

Merry Christmas to us! We got the best early present possible last week when we received the award for Customer Service Team of the Year at the Energy Live News Personality Awards (ELPAS).

The ELPAs seek to recognise the people behind the industry and their role in getting the job done. We were nominated last year and were thrilled to be so again for 2018, but we are lost for words to take home what we feel, for us, is one of the most important accolades we could ever receive. We make no secret at CNG that Customer Service is our priority; we want to do everything we possibly can to stand out, not just in our industry, but in general. This award represents a huge amount of passion, care and attention to detail delivered by our amazing team and the work they channel into being the very best, every day.

The event judges praised our entry, saying: “CNG have really strong case study examples and clearly go the extra mile using external support to develop new customer service processes.”

MD Jacqui Hall said: “Within the business we see the lengths these guys go to, to deliver on their promises, to provide a next-level service and we’re beyond proud to bring this award back to CNG towers.”
