At CNG we will be remaining operational throughout lockdown, with staff working from home in line with Government guidelines. However, please be aware that response times may be a little longer than usual, and our opening hours for calls will be slightly different. Please see below for when our phone lines will be operating until further notice:

Monday: 9.30am - 5.00pm

Tuesday: 9.30am - 5.00pm

Wednesday: 10.00am - 5.00pm

Thursday: 9.30am - 5.00pm

Friday: 9.30am - 4.00pm

Our goal is to go to great lengths to make sure that you’re treated fairly.  In fact we are so passionate about it we’ve made “fair” one of values!  Along with open, honest, fun, care, WOW….

Your happiness is crucial to us, that’s why everything we do is dedicated to making you feel valued.  You deserve great customer service, so we have a knowledgeable team of CNG people on hand to answer your questions quickly and give you the help you actually need.

Getting stuff right is at the heart of all we do. We care if we mess up and we understand that you need a quick efficient resolution with no excuses.  We are ready to work with you to put things right and to keep you updated every step of the way. You can find more information here

We will update our Treating Customers Fairly Statement every year.  In the meantime if there is anything you want to get off your chest, get in touch with the team. You can reach us Monday to Thursday 9.00am – 5.30pm, other than a Wednesday where we open at 10.00am, this is for weekly staff training so we can provide you with the best possible service, and Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm on 01423 502 554.
