Getting in touch with CNG

We have closed a little early today (Friday 5th July) for some team bonding at our company away day, but we will be open again from 9am on Monday as usual.

If you can smell gas or think you have a leak please call the gas emergency number on 0800 111 999. If the network has attended your site over the weekend after an emergency call out and the gas has been shut off, please call the post gas emergency works number on 0870 060 0005.

We will update our Treating Customers Fairly Statement every year.  In the meantime if there is anything you want to get off your chest, get in touch with the team. You can reach us Monday to Thursday 9.00am – 5.30pm, other than a Wednesday where we open at 10.00am, this is for weekly staff training so we can provide you with the best possible service, and Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm on 01423 502 554.
