Sales contracts and pricing

We will write to you around 90 days before your existing contract ends with an offer price to renew your contract.

To discuss this further or get a renewal quote earlier than this, please call us on 01423 502554 or email powerteam1@cngltd.co.uk with your name, business name and customer reference number and we will arrange for price options to be sent to you.

Please resend the original email to terminations@cngltd.co.uk or powerteam1@cngltd.co.uk and we will use the information from the original email to update your account. Terminations need to be sent within 30 days of your contract end date.

Please send a quote request, including your current customer reference number, to powerteam1@cngltd.co.uk and we will advise you of what prices we can offer.

We will contact you prior to your contract ending to offer a renewal price and advise what rate you will move onto if you do not agree a new one or send termination. If we have not heard from you by 30 days before your contract end date, you will automatically renew for another 12 months.

We require all terminations in writing. Please send a request advising you would like to terminate your contract to termination@cngltd.co.uk, and include your name, customer reference number and business address.

We will update you once this has been added to your account, which usually takes up to 7 days.

CNG Energy is a business mains energy supplier, we do not sell bottled gas.

In the first instance we would recommend that you speak to the energy broker you did your contact with to try and resolve the issue.

If you are a CNG customer and need a copy of your contract, please send a request with your name, address and customer reference number to contract@cngltd.co.uk and we will arrange for a copy to be sent to you.

An Out of Contract rate is the rate charged for services where the customer terminates their contract with CNG and no new arrangement has been agreed with a new supplier or CNG.

A Deemed Rate is the rate charged when a customer moves into premises where CNG already supplies the services, and no formal contract has been entered into between the customer and CNG.
