National award honour for Jacqui Hall
6 July 2016
Jacqui joins just five other finalists, following regional heats, in the running for CEO of the Year in the UK Private Business Awards 2016.
The award category recognises someone who is ‘a great leader, someone determined and motivated,’ with ‘vision, flair and confidence.’ To make it onto the shortlist, a nominee must be an inspirational figure, ‘add value to everything they work on’ and communicate ‘openly, with integrity and humility.’ Of course, here at CNG we know Jacqui has and does all these things in abundance, and more.
The UK Private Business Awards is celebrating its sixth anniversary. This year, the awards event will take place on Thursday 15 September at an elegant 18th-century venue in London, The Brewery. These awards are a celebration of private businesses and their achievements in contributing towards communities and the economy across the UK.
In order to be considered, a panel of business leaders looked at Jacqui’s position as a role model and business leader at CNG, her success, her vision and the challenges she has experienced. This year the awards programme received well over 2000 entries for just 10 categories – the most ever. A comprehensive range of industries and high-calibre businesses are represented in the shortlisting. The high demand for participation makes Jacqui’s success to this point a huge indicator of her calibre as a business leader among national competition.
Jacqui said: “I am absolutely delighted to be chosen as one of the finalists. It is marvellous to receive national recognition for the unique ethos, vision and values we bring to our work. Three cheers for CNG!”
