We keep Investing in Customers!

We have retained our Investor in Customers star rating and were recognised for improvements across the board including a significant increase in our Net Promoter Score, which means rather than being passive or detractors, our customers are increasingly happy to recommend our service.
Since embarking on this process, we understand better than ever that the work is never done; there is always more we can do to keep bettering our service and we are working through all the feedback now to ensure we keep our IIC status in the coming years.
Thank you to all our customers and staff for honest feedback, we will be working hard to build on successes and focus our attentions to areas which can be improved.
